The Nylon Series was born from the application of the Resonant Plate System to the nylon string guitar — developed in close collaboration with acclaimed guitarist Claudio Quartarone, whose refined musical sensitivity and attention to the subtlest acoustic detail shaped the evolution of the instrument. The pursuit of natural responsiveness, playing comfort and immediate musical interaction gradually led to three distinct configurations, each designed around a different playing approach.

Minimal electronics, lightweight construction and ergonomic design became the central principles of the development process — leading to instruments conceived for comfort, reliability and immediate musical interaction.
Rather than reproducing the sound of a traditional classical guitar, the Nylon Series developed its own place in the amplified sonic spectrum: acoustic in responsiveness, distinct in musical identity.
Resonant Plate
Piezo System
The RPPS — Resonant Plate Piezo System — captures the vibrational behaviour of the Resonant Plate away from the saddle. Unlike conventional undersaddle piezo systems, which respond primarily to direct string pressure and often produce a thin, artificial sound, the RPPS reads the natural resonance of the plate itself — delivering a warmer, fuller response with a depth of acoustic character rarely found in amplified nylon string guitars.
Combined with the dynamic behaviour of the Resonant Plate System, the result is a sound that is immediate, expressive and deeply organic — with a musical identity entirely its own.
A simple preamp provides tone control and sound shaping. Nothing more stands between the instrument and its voice.
